Requirements:
1. S1 from Psychology, Economy, Management or Law.
2. Having experience in Head Hunter and Outsourcing at least 10 years.
3. Having good knowledge of banking business.
4. Having wide interpersonal networking especially in Banking Industry (for head hunter needs) and outsourcing company.
5. Proven excellent leadership and managerial skill.
6. Having good negotiation skills, proactive and dynamic.
Tasks:
1. Manage, monitor and evaluate the work of recruitment and resourcing units.
2. Make an approach to head hunter to recruit middle management position.
3. Make a cooperation and coordination with outsourcing company.
