MINE ENGINEER OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MEODP)
The program has been designed to ensure fulfillment of the demands for Senior Mine Engineer.
Candidates who qualified would gain major benefits during the program, due to our commitment to develop critical areas for Senior Mine Engineer such as software skills (Autocad, minescape/Mincom, etc) and other government’s mandatory requirement such as Pengawas Operational Pertama Training
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering from reputable university.
- Minimum GPA is 3,25.
- Age max 26 years old by July 2009.
- Preferred has 1 year experience as Mine Engineer in Mining industry, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Having basic knowledge in Short Term, Mid Term and long term mine planning.
- Having excellent leadership skill, analytical skill, and conceptual thinking.
- Willing to learn and high achiever.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill is a must.

MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MDP)
We have proven succeed record to develop people who were not coming from mining educational background, into people who have capabilities to act as Assistant Project Manager.

REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university.
- Minimum GPA is 3,25.
- Age max 27 years old by September 2009.
- Preferred has 1 year experience in any position in any industry, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Having excellent leadership skill, analytical skill, and conceptual thinking.
- Willing to learn and high achiever.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Willing to be located in mining area for certain times.
