* Must have at least 5 years experience at GM or Assistant GM position accountable for the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets.
* Able to communicate with many respectful parties and company stakeholders
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, in English and Indonesian
* Excellent Marketing and business development skills
* Should be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
* Team player and strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill
* Strategic thinker and target oriented
* Able to work and perform under pressure
