Requirements:
Male/Female
Age between 25-40 years old
Hold S1 in Arhitecture from reputable university
Having min 8 years experience on high rise and large development
Good hand sketch detailing capability is an advantage
Able to manage the detailed building / planning / drawing, working team
On field experience in Project is an advantage
Possess strong Technical skills & good interpersonal skills, communicate well and frequent in spoken & written English
The candidates shall be self motivated, hard working, highly dedicated, able to work long hours, initiative, creative, able to work within constraint, adapt to change, and high commitmnet to company standart on working ethic and result oriented
Candidates preferred to be mobile with own means of trasportation
