* Maximum age 40 years old.
* Hold Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
* Having minimum 5 years experience in related field, with at least 2 years proven experiences in managerial level.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, in English and Indonesian.
* Excellent Marketing and business development skills.
* Should be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
* Team player and strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill.
* Strategic thinker and target oriented.
* Able to interact effectively at all levels and show good leadership and positive attitude.
* Able to speak in Mandarin will be a big plus.
* Good computer literate.
