HR-RECRUITMENT (HR-Rec)

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Managing administration matters of recruitment
* Interviewing candidates
* Conduct & preparing report of psychological test
* Handling recruitment & selection for all branches

REQUIREMENTS :

* S2 – Psychology from reputable university GPA > 3.0, preferably from profession degree
* Fresh Graduated / having 1 year experience in the recruitment activities
* Having competency in Psycho diagnostic (is a must)
* Having ability in competency base of interviewing
* Strong administration skill
* Computer abilities (Open Office, Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, & Visio)
* Proficient in English (oral & written)
* Strong in interpersonal skill
* Detail & organize orientation
* Independent, work hard, able to work under pressure
* Willing to travel all around Indonesia
