<p>What:</p>
<p>This is a 4 (four) months program that accelerates personal transformation from <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD4">university</span> to world-class corporate life in information technology industry.</p>
<p>How :</p>
<p>The participants will be inspired, enabled, and empowered in a world class corporation working environment through in-class training, <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD3">e-learning</span>, individual and group workshops. They will manage real-world business issues through business unit assignments. Specifically, they will be exposed to both hard and soft skills by mastering the following topics: basic (IBM) key products and value propositions, (IBM) core processes, customer value method, and corporate (IBM) values and leadership competencies.</p>
<p>A road show in 4 cities will be conducted to select the right candidates (see detail below).</p>

<li>   The morning session (start at 08:30) is available for everyone who are interested in IBM and IT industry in general. It will consist of brief description about IBM, its belief, solutions, and vision. A talk show with new IBMer and IBM manager/leader will be conducted to facilitate more down to earth discussion with the audience.</li>
<li>   The afternoon session (start at 13:00) is for written test and it is based on <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD2">INVITATION</span> only. The invitation will be sent at the latest 3 days before the test date in each city.</li>
<li>   The specific interview schedule for the participant who passed the written test will be announced at the end of the afternoon session.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Garuda Indonesia</span> (Persero) is the national  airline of Indonesia. It is named after the mythical bird Garuda. It is headquartered at Soekarno-Hatta <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD4">International Airport</span> in Tangerang. In Indian Vedic tradition, Garuda is the carrier of the Hindu god Vishnu; a representation of Garuda appears in the coat of arms of Indonesia.<a href="" name="more"></a></p>
<p>The airline is based in Jakarta at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, and also has a hub at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali. The airline flies to a number of destinations in South-East,<span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD6">East Asia</span>, the Middle East and Australia. It also previously flew to several destinations in Europe and North America. From June 2007 to July 2009, Garuda, along with all Indonesian airlines, was banned from flying to the EU. However, this ban has been lifted since July 2009.</p>
<p>Garuda Indonesia is listed as a 4-star airline by Skytrax, and is also listed among Skytrax&#8217;s Quality Approved Airlines. It is wholly owned by the Indonesian Government and employs 6,285 staff (at March 2007)</p>

<li>Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree, Mechanical Eng or equivalent.</li>
<li>Experience in continuous process machines, rollers, conveyors, crane, hydraulic,and pneumatic system</li>
<li>Good understanding reability process, condition monitoring and action taken</li>
<li> At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.</li>
<li> Preferably specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.</li>
<li>  Full-Time positions available.</li>
<li>  Applicants must be willing to work in Cilegon.</li>
<li>  Good communication skills</li>
<li>  May working under pressure</li>
<li>  Good analytical thinking, planning, JSA understanding.</li>
<li>  Good command in English written and verbal.</li>
<li>  Experience and good understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Control), especially Siemens PLC, DCS will be advantage</li>
